STAGE SIMULATION

ARENA NAȚIONALĂ

  • The graduation ceremony will take place in the Grandstand 1 and VIP areas of the country's largest stadium.

  • Grandstand 1, along with the VIP area, totals approximately 20,000 seats, ensuring that each participant, whether a student or an escort, will have their own seat.

  • Students will be assigned to the VIP area of the grandstand, while escorts will be seated in Grandstand 1.

  • The stage will be set in front of the VIP area, on the synthetic turf, without accessing the natural grass.

  • Participants will walk to the stage on the red carpet and will ascend to the stage one by one when called to receive their diploma.

  • After receiving their diploma, the student will head to the photo area, then exit the stage from the opposite side.

  • Subsequently, the student is invited to continue the photo session in the designated photo zones or return to their seat.

  • It is essential that all students remain in their seats during group moments (e.g., the Hippocratic Oath).

  • Given the venue's layout, we will make the most of the entire artificial turf area we have access to, as well as the VIP Lounge area and the transit space between the stadium sections. Therefore, in all of the described areas, you will have the opportunity to take photos at dedicated photo corners, relax in the Lounge area, purchase food and drinks, or simply spend time with your loved ones in an organized setting.

At your request, we had to find a solution to avoid the empty background of the stadium being visible. Since access to the grass is strictly prohibited, our solution to fill the background space is by creating huge banners that will either be placed along the second-tier grandstand, similar to the choreographies at matches, covering the seats in that area of the stadium, or suspended from the metal structure of the roof. However, for this process, a team of utility climbers will be required.

Similarly, this process can also be applied to the stands of the stadium. In the presented image, you can see a simulation of these banners (design is for demonstration purposes only, you can print any message you desire), as well as the scenography

Considering that this option does not affect the course of the event, it is NOT included in the graduation price. The decision is yours, and you should keep in mind that it is only a proposal that involves additional costs.

ROMEXPO PAVILIONUL CENTRAL

  • The ground floor area will be exclusively designated for the ceremony.

  • Each student will have their own seat, and their seating will be arranged according to your preferences.

  • Participants will walk to the stage on the red carpet and will ascend the stage one by one when called to receive their diploma.

  • After receiving their diploma, the student will head to the photo area and will exit the stage from the opposite side.

  • Subsequently, the student is invited to continue the photoshoot in the dedicated photo zones or return to their seat.

  • It is essential that all students remain in their designated seats during group moments (e.g., the Hippocratic Oath).

  • The upper areas of the venue are used for escorts and the logistics necessary for the event's organization.

  • Thus, in the upper areas, you will find lounge zones where you can spend time with your colleagues and escorts.

  • Additionally, several themed photo corners will be set up on the upper levels of the venue to avoid overcrowding the ground floor area and disrupting the graduation ceremony.

  • The entire ceremony will be visible regardless of your location in the venue.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Romexpo does not provide seating for guests, so, in addition to the lounge areas we set up for the event where people can sit, it will be necessary, if you wish, to rent chairs for the escorts due to the duration of the ceremony. Another option is the rental of modular stands. We decided not to include this in the graduation package price at Romexpo because the number of guests may vary for each student, so a decision needs to be made together with all of you.

The biggest advantage of organizing the ceremony at Romexpo is that the event will take place on the scheduled date and time, regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, the venue has ample parking and is easily accessible, including by public transportation.
