DEDICATED APP FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT

• The payment for event participation will be made exclusively online, in installments set by you.

• QR code for access to events – including for accompanying guests.

• Graduation gowns will be taken and returned by scanning the QR code, ensuring that there are no issues.

• All details related to the Graduation Ceremony will be displayed in the app (date, time, location, event schedule, and all necessary and useful information for you).

• Each student will directly select in the app the print and size of the graduation materials.

• Real-time updates in the app (upcoming moments, announcements, etc.). The app will send a push notification whenever something new is added regarding the organization.

  Live chat and questions: You can ask questions or request details in real-time within the app.

• All photos and videos will be uploaded to the app for all participants to view and download.

• Each student is invited to take a selfie in the app, which will be used to automatically detect photos in which the student appears. With a 97% success rate, the app will display all photos featuring you in a separate section, saving you from searching through thousands of pictures.

• Event map – the entire venue layout will be available in the app so you can quickly and accurately find all areas of interest (event area, photo spot, lounge and food truck zones, restrooms, access zones, first aid areas, etc.).

• If payment is made through the app, a transaction processing fee of approximately 2% of the transaction value will be applied.

• Each student will choose their menu – standard or with special requirements (vegan, vegetarian, etc.).

• Real-time updates in the app (special moments, meal service, etc.)

• Live chat: Have you been waiting for the DJ to play your favorite song for 2 hours and it still hasn’t happened? Write to them in the app and get ready to dance.
