PALATUL PARLAMENTULUI
The Palace of the Parliament is definitely the most elegant venue that can host a graduation ball with such a large number of participants.
The main advantage of the venue is that each student will have a seat at the table. Given the large number of participants, finding a venue that can accommodate all attendees in a "sitting" format is extremely difficult.
The venue consists of 3 interconnected rooms. In order to reach the main room, "Sala Unirii," one must pass through the rooms "IIC Brătianu" and "Take Ionescu."
Sala Unirii" can accommodate up to 800 people in a sitting format. If the number of participants exceeds 800, the "Take Ionescu" room will be set up with the remaining necessary tables.
The Palace of the Parliament is not a venue that organizes the event itself; we will be renting the venue, so it is our responsibility to transform it into the dream location you are expecting.
Having the freedom to choose how we organize the venue, we will present you with a layout proposal. However, since this event is about you, we invite you to bring any ideas you would like to have implemented
We collaborate with catering and venue setup companies that have extensive experience with this venue, having organized numerous events at the Palace of the Parliament






"Sala Unirii" will be able to accommodate 800 people at tables. Access will be through the external entrance of the room, and each participant will go through an SPP (Special Protection Service) control (similar to a baggage check at the airport).
"Sala Unirii" will be the center of entertainment, with a stage and dance floor set up, 4 bar areas to avoid queues for shots, as well as dedicated photo corners
The room does not have toilets, as they are located in the main lobby, before the "IIC Brătianu" room. In the same hallway, you will also find the cloakroom for those who will need it.


The "Take Ionescu" room will accommodate the number of tables needed to host the remaining guests (if there are more than 800).
To ensure that those in the "Take Ionescu" room have the same enjoyable experience as those in "Sala Unirii," the sound system and lighting will be extended and set up in this room as well, along with bar areas, a candy bar, photo corners, and decorative elements similar to those in "Sala Unirii."
As in the previous case, the room does not have restrooms, as they are located in the main lobby.
WHAT IS THE MAIN DISAVANTAGE?
Unfortunately, this venue comes with a downside. Since we are talking about the most important building in the country, it is very important that everyone entering is checked. Therefore, upon entry, there will be an SPP control, similar to the baggage check at the airport.
Thus, every time participants wish to smoke, they will go through the SPP control each time they want to re-enter the venue. Electronic cigarettes are also strictly prohibited inside.
Apart from this aspect, there is another detail to consider: the rooms where the event will take place are located on the first floor, and unfortunately, there is currently no designated smoking area on that floor. Therefore, those who wish to smoke will need to go downstairs to the ground floor, either by stairs or by elevator, a journey that takes approximately 2-3 minutes, and will need to go through the SPP control when they wish to return to the first floor.

FACE CLUB
FACE CLUB is definitely the most modern and extravagant event venue in Bucharest.
With easy access, near Romexpo, Face has 500 seating places in a buffet-style format and 620 seating places in a sit-down dining format.
In practice, if the number of participants exceeds the maximum capacity that FACE CLUB can accommodate, the only event setup option for this venue would be the club setup they use, with cocktail tables and sofas with tables (club setup), a format in which the event can take place without any issues.



JUBILE CONCEPT
Jubile Concept is an event venue in the Pipera area that can accommodate up to 1300 people in a sitting format. Therefore, each of you will have a seat at the table.
You will be able to choose between a buffet or table service.
A great advantage of the venue is the exterior courtyard full of greenery and the pool, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere for all event participants.
Also, being a modular venue, we can easily arrange it according to your requirements.
Even though it doesn't have the interior design of the Palace of Parliament / Face Club, we can transform this venue into the setting you desire, so you can fully enjoy the event without any reservations.





LIBAO
Libao is one of the most modern event venues in Ilfov.
The main hall has a capacity of 650 people in a sitting format, with the possibility of extending outside on the terrace by placing a tent in the green area.
It is the only event hall in this area that has a pool within the event space.
Located in Ilfov County, we will provide round-trip bus transportation to ensure that all students have access to the event. These buses will depart regularly at times agreed upon with you and are NOT included in the requested price (we believe we first need a real number of people in order to provide an accurate cost for this service).





MENU
Students can choose between the buffet-style option or table service at each venue.
Students can choose special menus (vegan, vegetarian, as well as other dietary restrictions) within the dedicated app. If the buffet option is chosen, the food will be categorized to facilitate serving those with special requests. If table service is chosen, the waiters will ensure that they receive the requested menu.
